I don't think the Street really cares what this as well as other online forums forecast IOMG's earnings to come in at as long as IOMG beats the .10 analyst's #. If they listened to us, IOMG would be trading at over $100 right now. Wish they WOULD listen, we know more than they do about this company's fundamentals.

On AOL, Herb Greenberg's Bizinsider had an interview w/ Jerry Meerkatz, VP of Options Bus. Unit @ Compaq as well as Sean Burke, Director of Presario marketing. They basically conceded the standard for the consumer market to Iomega, but are not convinced IO has the commercial market cornered YET. In their opinion the LS-120 guys had better be signing up more OEMs than just Compaq. If LS-120 doesn't become the standard, Compaq will move to the standard, which is what Iomega backers have contended all along. CPQ did'nt get to #1 by being bull-headed. Don't know if there is a Bizinsider web site to read this article, and frankly, I don't care since Herb Greenberg is an idiot. Anyone who starts a SEPARATE message board on AOL just to bad-mouth a company that has chapped his a%# and made him look like the kook that he really is deserves to be ignored. Funny how his antagonist approach blew up in his face when the CPQ boys talked up the Zip!! Also, he had some Syquest execs. on a few weeks ago touting their new vaporware product, and we all know SYQT is dead in the water.

FWIW, and remember, only 10 more shopping days til Christmas kids!
