I still feel like Crap that I had to be the one to give the bad news.... Kristi, I don't understand your feeling bad about reporting the truth. As opposed to say your being mad at the apparent misrepresentations from the company. They have after all painted quite a different picture of the Boca operation than you reported. Why should you feel bad? After all it is not you that are letting down anyone. It is John Schmitz and Charlie Vaccaro that are not forthcoming. Theirs is the story out of kilter with your report. Theirs is the story that they will not back up by filing the Form 10 with the SEC. How many misrepresentation on their part will it take for you to direct your feelings in their direction?
