No, because each airline has equal and fair access to the terminals.

So, what airports have you been flying into lately? Airlines buy gates (not the bill kind), the more gates an airline has the more "access" it has to that airport. It's hard, but not impossible, to get to some cities without flying on a specific airline, e.g. TWA from anywhere to St Louis.
