That statement caught me completely off guard and I am planning on staying up late tonight and make some calls back to the states. It is incredible really. I know the inventories have been declining and TBowl brought to my attention that pricing he was tracking had recently firmed up. But it all seems rather sudden to me. I have some anecdotal stuff that orders are coming in but nothing like "allocation". That word hasn't come up in a very long time indeed. best, Stitch
