No, actually, I don't know that the statement is untrue. Because it is in fact quite true. Do you truly believe that "pagans/atheists/agnostics/free thinkers/anyone who disagrees with you are NEVER happy when someone suffers"? Ha. I'll bet there is at least one of those who is happy when a killer goes to the electric chair, or when an anti-abortion protester gets bashed with a sign, to pick just two examples. You bet your bottom dollar that they are sometimes happy when somebody suffers. Like you. Like me.
