FWIW, I asked a friend in a large investment firm who specializes in Israeli companies about this. The response was casual, the gist being that the specter of R&D budget cuts comes up every few years but is considered more a problem for small companies that might not make it without such support. I think CMVT has passed that point, and has too big a footprint elsewhere. For me, the large institutional ownership is more of a concern.

But as always, time will tell.
