Rick, Londo, & Tom, Thanks for your thoughts. Even I recognize several of the VC behind XGEN and agree that Holmes' was being harsh in characterizing XGEN's backing. It will price tomorrow. I guess I'll be here watching, as the weather isn't cooperating with my climbing road trip timing at the moment. I will likely take off on Monday instead. Much as I like the idea, I'll be circumspect and see what happens for at least a day, if not more. Thanks for folks' help to date on this, and I'll take more if anyone's offering.
