"Kenny Boy" looks to the street like the Bush crowd gave him a pass due to complicity

1) It isn't over;
2) At this point, I'm not sure there is any evidence Ken Lay broke the law. Unless it can be proven that Lay broke the law, I'm not sure what you'd expect. You can't arrest someone for taking too much compensation from his employer.

This is the kind of crap I see amongst liberals daily. It's like you want to just ignore the law. If he (1) broke the law, and (2) it can be proven, there is every reason to expect that Lay will be tried and convicted. But he can't be arrested without evidence. DO YOU KNOW OF SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO WARRANT ARRESTING KEN LAY?

The slickest liars on the planet, altho' Fleischer is pretty much the court jester.

Well, you saying it doesn't make it so. If you know of instances where EITHER has been trapped in a lie, please present it with supporting links.

Also, consider what is meant by "public consumption".
This country, it's entire government, all work for the people. The people don't, as this administration and most administrations seem to think, work for them.

So what? That doesn't mean you can release every tidbit of government information for general public awareness. Jeez.
