When you look at the numbers, it doesn't look good. This is the reason I am convinced that it is overpriced. With the price going from 23 to a 52 wk high of 48 in such a short period of time doesn't make sound and fundamental sense. By looking at the numbers on a annual basis, they are decreasing each year. It will take a few years to rebound. To think it has turned around overnight is a recipe for disaster.

Example:
Net change in cash (Annual):
8/28/97 $343,400
9/03/98 -$ 60,900 (negative)
(note: Units in thousands of U.S. Dollars)

Review the statement below:
marketguide.com

All the analyst want you to look far into the future. I want to see some real numbers due to the statement above, not projections (educated guess).

Don't forget that the Koreans are increasing production and will flood the market (will hurt prices), plus if the dollar weakens against the yen, business slows down after xmas, Micron expenses to upgrade plants will increase......factors that tell me that it will take longer for Micron to rebound. This is reality.
