But that's precisely why there would be all this supposed interest in CUBE from so many different suitors - they all see what we see and want to pick-up CUBE for a song ($45-$55 is a song). I imagine that there is/was a serious disagreement between Valentine and Balkanski about this very issue. Valentine has impatient shareholders and clients who want their money VS. Balkanski seeing the pot o'gold right in reach. Either way whoever wins will pay, at the least, a modest premium over current market value (modest being $15 - $20 premium). (in my humble opinion)
