When I said I expected there to be no "real" resistance until about $35 - 40, I left out a key assumption that I am making. I expect this bubble that the market is in to pop sometime soon, and for there to be at least a 10% correction.

So far AOL is bouncing off resistance levels far above $40. It still looks way overvalued to me, though.
