greg since everyone is so high on this buying from a broker scenario, who are generally busted by SEC and NASD. Brokers and promoters who make a living at promoting companies.

However you did bring up one point that I found to be interested which is always been viewed as a positively and used when discussing a stock's structure.

2. He said that Francis Choi's shares are no longer restricted although he remains a friend of the company, there is nothing preventing him from unloading shares. Let it be known that it would be impossible to unload that many shares...but there is nothing stopping him from unloading enough into the market.

Now if he is a true friend to the company and needs money though he has the right to sell his shares since they are not restricted anymore nor a 144 filing has to be made either to my knowledge. What if he sold his stock to a friend instead of the open market? Is he friend or foe?

The stock has value and since he is a friend can he not sell his stock or is he limited to the market. Private companies sell stocks without a broker. This is my point people are so uneducated they think very closed minded. Call any SEC attorney and check they will tell you if he wants to sell his stock he can just like he can anything else he has of value.
