hmmm ... Bravo Arranges Private Placement, Grants Options Tuesday January 3, 6:03 pm ET VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 3, 2006) - Bravo Venture Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BVG - News; FWB:B6I) reported today that the company has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 1.0 million units at a price of $0.66 per unit. The units will be comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant can be exercised for one common share at a price of $0.70 per share for a period of two years.
