Quaddad,

Yes, the 20, 50, and 200 dma seem to work, at least in AOL's case.
It could be one of those self fulfilling prophesies, though. However,
as long as enough people continue to believe that a stock will be
perform a certain way, they will adjust their buying and selling
accordingly.

Again, could it be the software that most use that has somehow standardized these things? Bridge uses 10 and 30 dma's as I recall.
