Good question. What I hear about USRX is that they are busy creating their own technology. From what I've read they do not stand around, waiting to see what will happen.

Also, I remember reading before the split,that someone said USRX will buy four, five, six oher companies in the future. So I wouldnt' wipe the company out of the future.
