Saw an interesting assessment from a market strategist this AM on Bloomberg's Money program (unfortunately I can't recall the man's name, but he came across well)

His premise was that we are in a trading range on the NDX between 3700 - 4000+. That traders will prevail over buy&hold types for the next couple of years. Interesting.

Good for options plays too.
