Comp USA had my Powerbook 540c for 6 months!! Last year the screen went out and the machine was still under warranty so I sent it in to Comp USA and they promised one week. This turned to six months as the computer toured the country to different service centers contracted by CompUSA. Finally, after some threats, they sent it to Apple. I got the computer back four days later! I should have sent it to Apple in the first place! Bill_H
