That is so great. I do not know your age but in 1976 I was living at Stanford University taking a course on the positive USE of ANXIETY and every morning there were about a hundred persons outside doing Tai Chi.

I tried it once but no ACL in my left knee prevented some of the moves where ones toe points outward and the knee goes over it. OUCH.

Thank you for accepting my long diatribe the other day. You were kind not to write me back with a reprimand....
