They should not be permitted to have the chance to commit another crime. Having said that, I couldn't be the guy who flipped the switch. Furthermore I'm not sure the system should pay for it with tax dollars in the same way I'm opposed to paying for abortions. The answers are not easy and the questions are many. I'm all ears
