I am a believer of free markets and free thought, hence politicians (of any flavor), fall very low in my scale of "valuable and productive people", in fact they are a notch lower than a cockroach.
Unfortunately I must take into account their impact on markets, that, I can not ignore. An impeachment or resignation will affect this country more than what you imagine, particularly at this time, given the current international situation. If you think that O.J. Clinton is a bad president, you should have not elected him in the first place.
The market reaction to such an event would not be favorable to put it in mild terms, nor its consequences by the loss of trust in the only market and currency left to trust. That is all I am concerned with, the rest is all rubbish.... So Clinton lied about his sex life, who cares !
Napoleon was correct when he said, People have the government they deserve.
So, go talk to the wall, or to the mirror, do not address me, as far as I am concerned, all politicians are a bunch of double speaking prostitutes, from whatever party/credo/etc. Luckily for mankind, slowly they are becoming irrelevant.
P.s. btw, the lack of reason particularly applies to extreme right politicos and their respective self-righteous cohorts, i.e. their supporters.
