Found guilty of what - certainly not harming the consumers. Perhaps t2 is suggesting that MSFT will ask that Judge Jackson be tested for incipient Alzheimers. The guy has been so blatantly prejudiced that the first motion for dismissal on the part of MSFT will be based on the judges conduct of the entire case as well as his conduct in the courtroom. JFD
