Maurice, are we nipping at the sherry again? Like the moth to the flame, all I have to do to grab your utmost attention is toss off a Q worry or two and sit back and wait (typically not for long!). Methinks the G* shorts (some 4MM of them at last check) are finding their undies riding a little high in the nether regions these days. Surfer Mike regrets those boys being on the wrong side of that bet and with only a 20MM share float to work with, it could get a whole lot worse. Ouch. Ok, ok--maybe DARPA didn't invent CDMA but they sure as hell wrote the checks but not till the Mighty Q swooped down and grabbed the "pure" research and commercialized it by the always snappy IS95 CDMAOne "brand name" was it worth a damn. And now those Scandanavian Scoffers are going to have to pay to play--still think that Ericy should receive a bonus formula that will permit recovery of legal costs and pain and suffering!
