Re: If anyone has the time.... Phil, it is 6:55 EST, but that might change by the time you read this. Anyway, page 62 of the Prospectus (that we all read before investing in this company) list Canadian Imperial Bank as the Beneficial Owner of 23.01% after the IOP. There are 21 footnotes explaining the table.
