Glenn, -X-Stream can't just come to the NASDAK from the U.K and enter the NASDAQ Small Cap or big board. You have to maintain a share value of about $4.00/share for a short period in order to qualify for the small cap and I think it's $5.00/share to get to the big board. Let's hope they have filed for a listing. If they only have 2 million shares that's up for trade, could that mean a possible IPO.??Then we could see a big jump, if they keep moving ahead, Looks like X-Stream thinks well ahead of the pack, if they were the 1st. to offer Free Internet in the U.K.-!! (I understand if the company has only 2 million shares for sale they just can't sell any extra shares held within the Company, without getting NASDAQ approval 1st. ?? would that be correct).??--EBAY a few weeks ago had to wait about 6 months before the NASDAQ let them put out an extra 6.5 million shares on the market, they have about 70 million but most are in the control of EBAY management.??
