Ron: My nod would come after a management change. Great managemant and leadership is essential for a company to be successful. I would also anticipate ( due to their small cash position ) another share offering, that is very common of failing companies to do after a reverse split. This just further dilutes their meager earnings.IMHO Enjoy the mountains, haven't been there in years. Way back in '79 camped thru the appalachian on an antique BMW motorcycle right about this time of year, something I will never forget. Sincerely: C. W. Oakes
