From what I recall, Glenn is involved in a firm that deals exclusively(or almost) in these.

I wish. Aside from the obvious trading opportunities, my primary interest in the blank check companies has been intellectual. In my real life, I am part of a small consultancy that works primarily with startups, assisting them with issues pertaining to capital formation. We also work on turnaround situations.

On the other hand, if anyone out there has a blank check deal they want to pitch to me, you know where to find me. <gg>

If I had a more formal interest in promoting these companies, I would have disclosed that interest in the header. Actually, I probably would not have started the board.
