It appears that you are having an argument with the Calendar:

N.K. might have built a bomb or two ('might') by the end of the 'eighties or early 'nineties (intelligence is suggestive, but unclear).

But, what we DO KNOW is that *over the past THREE YEARS* they have assembled the necessary materials to have build a dozen or more... possibly as many as twenty or twenty five.

And are continuing, as we speak....
