If anyone has access to AOL's customer agreement, you might want to see if it contains one of those disclaimers stating "We occasionally make our client information available to advertisers" or something to that effect. I've had several agreements containing a similar disclosure and not all gave you the option to say no you don't want your name ect... given out.

But I'm sure that AOL will now offer the option to be removed from their lists. For a fee.
