Marlin and anyone in the partnership--Bill told me late this pm that the list of other partners is being mailed separately, and it should be received shortly. The certificate comes from John Anderson (GRNO lawyer), who will send it soon--he's out of town this week. We should also eventually get the final version of the official Partnership Agreement, which is supposed to have incorporated some revisions, all to the benefit of the limited partners. Finally, registration of the stock underlying the warrants is in process and is expected to be completed by early to mid June (apparently in normally takes 4-6 weeks to get a reply after the application has been submitted, which will be about the end of this month).
Bill said he's often been working from 3-4 in the morning to 8 at night trying to keep up with everything that needs to be done. I said I was sure that if we got the missing stuff any time before the May partnership meeting it would be fine.
Also, production rates for the processor have not been released yet because GRNO wants certified figures, not just company statements (I presume for negotiations with potential buyers, etc.). Apparently, production must be tested over some period of time, and under different kinds of operating conditions. Have patience, the tests needed for certification are underway, but no one knows how long they'll take. Bill says that figures will definately be available before the stockholder's meeting. In the meantime, not to worry--the processor is humming along merrily, doing its diesel thing.
