MU, Techs and the convention.......Gotta wonder.
Wonder if anybody has noticed that since the Tech convention last week, tech stocks have jumped. The funny thing about it is that CS First Boston sponsored this convention and has been putting out a lot of upgrades. Projecting fabulous earnings, pricing, etc.
Here is the point: All these companies have done a fabulous selling job, whether or not they are making money or what the current fundamentals are. If I were at the convention, I would have sold them (CS First Boston) some beach front property in Florida real cheap, because I know they are the biggest suckers in town. If you have done your homework, you will see how far out into the clouds they are. They are acting like cheerleaders for all these Tech companies. Putting out all these articles saying everything is rosy, so you should buy at top dollar. Unfortunately, a lot of investors believe them. This is sad, there will be many investors burned.
