Kenya,
I agree with you from a TA point of view. But, we all know I'm an amateur at TA.<G> Where there is mass confusion on Internet stocks is the FA point of view. An AOL or Yahoo might be OK in a fund if they bought early. They at least make some money. I can even understand some of the internets being valued north of $50 and south of $100 based on the potential. I understand the lack of market shares driving the prices up. I understand individual investors chasing these stocks. Many of these stocks will be valuable. I just don't want to pay the current prices for many Internet stocks. I think a smart individual can find reasonable priced Internet stocks to buy with a little research. They will be just as valuable or maybe more valuable then EBAY, or AMZN in the end. I do own two Internet stocks. CMPL and ELBO. ELBO makes good money on their stores, and will do just great on their Internet sales.
