Yes on the PFE it was actually called away from some march $18 calls I sold last year. However, I see it as a source of funds and I did load up on PFE in the $15/share price (9/2010). Both ABT and PFE are good value stocks. I just think ABT is probably a better value at this point.

If you are looking for a dividend aristocrat ABT is the one to own. I do not anticipate a cut in their dividend (payout ratio is 58%) and earlier this week, the stock was yielding 4%.
