In the 3rd Qtr. report from the company under the section titled "Pro-Forma Results" Q! stated that pro forma net income was $154 mill., and pro forma earnings per share was $.86 (diluted). That works out to 180 million shares out (diluted). I think I remember someone stating that once the options outstanding were exercised, the shares out. would be 180 million.

Can't remember where I read that though.
