this is true Sonny, but IOM didn't have the total number of shares that SYQT has nor did it have convertible debentures to deal with. this may be successful, but if you want to know what convertible debentures can do to a stock price look at AKSEF, VLNT just to name two. they can kill it on a hint of bad news. try to get out on a declining price being cut by the conversion of debentures.
