Tim, I don't quite understand your theory How can one theory explain phenomena which are as different as the Japan banking problem (a strong industrial nation) and Russia's struggles with converting from a centralized state economy to a market driven economy??? Still I think that things have begun to settle down a little (infamous last words) and that we should see a significant rebound on Monday.
