Well, I've finished 2 major deadlines so tomorrow I'm going to take a big swallow and around lunch I'm going to go to view the wall of pictures on the East Side, and then Union Square Park, which has become an informal memorial site with tons of candles & flowers, and then downtown. I guess I'll report back in the evening how it all feels.

I'm angry--but I'm also still really sad. And scared. The fact is, the threat still looms large. And if we strike, it will escalate. Reading about biowarfare, and our nuclear plants' vulnerabilities, is pretty overwhelming.
