Not at all. He had around 400,000 shares of restricted paper but is by the way very high on this company. The company by the way is not at all worried about any 144 coming out as it became free on March 4th. IF you are concerned about it he can be reached at 800-828-1866. I have known Lance for many years and he only pounds companies that outright lie to him or don't follow up on their promises. He holds no' anomosity towards anyone in NPCT.
