My kids computer has a virus that I can't seem to shake. There is a "trojan horse IRC/back door.sd bot.22" on C:\Windows\System32\NAVMGRD.exe - not good.

I have a current AVG software running which identifies the situation but says it can't remove it. I have an older Norton, but the virus won't let me go to the site to update it. Running WIN XP.

Any thoughts on how to get rid of this thing?
