Maybe DAY put the spin on the court orders?? You seem to already be damning MDIN, when you have not even heard their side. We shall see. I knew that DAY had certain surface rights to certain of the properties, regarding the 50 million pesos pay off.

I find it interesting that DAY states: "DAY confirms that it holds title and surface rights to all land which cover its published reserves, resources and mine plan."

Hmmmmm, what about mineral rights????

Im also confused about this easement issue. I thought that an easement gave an entity the right to access the land, like a utility easement or a gas company easement, but not the right to possess the land or demolition property existing on the land, but then again, I dont know Chilean law. Maybe MDIN can amswer this???
