The voting site is at vote.com they have many topical issues being voted on. As of yesterday they had the two related to MSFT that I reported. They obtain your e-mail address and zip code when you vote and they send your vote to your representatives and in the case of the question about whether MSFT broke anti-trust laws the vote is being sent to the DOJ. Here is what I received after I voted:

Dear Vote.com voter:

Your vote has been mailed on behalf of bduke@dccpub.com to:

DOJ <web@usdoj.gov>, Department of Justice

The email reads:

On the question Do You Agree With the Court Ruling that Microsoft Violated Antitrust Law?, I voted NO.

Please consider my vote when making your decision on the issue.
