Hi Paul -

Re: Copano Energy LLC (CPNO)

Company Web site: copanoenergy.com

This one was discussed in 9/2008. They issued more units in 2/2010 @ $23.20/share. Stock now yields 6.8% and sells today at $33.77/share. Company still has lots of debt.

It looks like they want to expand their NG gathering services in the Eagle Ford shale region.

Copano to Extend its DK Pipeline to Deliver Gas to its Houston Central Complex

From the article:"..."Our expansion in the Eagle Ford Shale continues to deliver results, and we are pleased to have reached additional agreements that will generate long-term, stable cash flows for Copano," said R. Bruce Northcutt, President and Chief Executive Officer of Copano Energy. "With our significant increase in capacity to serve production from the Eagle Ford – through the DK Pipeline extension and several other recently announced initiatives – we are strengthening our presence in the South Texas region...."

Have you looked at them since your review in 2008? Company looks pretty interesting to me except for their large debt.
