If the previous owners of "Heros" got restricted stock worth 40 cents a share and then were powerless to sell as the value of their stock was cut in half, think how they must feel now about the deal.

Sure, to us selling at 22 cents would seem like a dumb thing to do, but maybe they're feeling like 22 cents is twice as good as 11 cents. If you were locked into a falling stock, maybe you'd feel that way once you had an opportunity to finally get out of the deal.

Does anyone know how much stock is involved here? Also, now that these shares may apparently be in the 'float', how does it impact the per share earnings at the next report. A bit dilutive? Very dilutive?

Wouldn't it be great if ETPI took to heart the suggestion that was made at the last conference call that someone participate on the SI board to answer questions like this? I guess that's just one more level of disappointment.
