So now everytime Microsoft is involved there is a threat to consumer choice? This is rubbish, this quote shows clearly what Microsoft competitors want which is a non-competitive Microsoft. I think this quote should be rephrased to more accuratly descibe what this competitor feels "Damn that Microsoft, if only the gov't would stop them from competing then any old crappy bid would be accepted hmmm how can I spin this to my favor...." <then this quote above>
