Jeez, a guy can't even play poker with his friends without missing a Press Release.
The timing was curious - Friday after the market closed, on Superbowl weekend. Some possible reasons (just my speculation):
1. That's just when they finished writing it.
2. They believed that most people who would be interested in the news are not interested in the Superbowl.
3. It was timely, and they wanted to clear it before news about the Ah-Immunoassay.
(My hope is for door number three . . ..)
As regards the contents:
I think that the Barnes and Noble link is nice, but unlikely to generate much revenue. However: it shows that Bernie is doing all the right things, great and small. Revenue is always good, and shows legitimacy.
The appearance on e-Gads/CBS is VASTLY more interesting and important, I believe. One part of the 10KSB that I did not discuss - at the time of filing, we had 308 shareholders of record. I counted up all the stockholders that I know, and ran out of fingers and toes - nearly 10%! What we really need, of course, is wider interest in our Company. And to get that, we need other people to talk about us. That has begun.
If I am reading the Home Page counter correctly, we've had quite a few hits since Friday - also VERY encouraging!
Happy to have something more to look forward to on Monday than a hangover!
