<font color=GREEN>I have been slowly reading ""The Innovator's Dilemma"" by Clayton Christensen and the book has very high relevance to the battle now being played out between EMC and NTAP. The lesson is that incumbent firms are at a distinct disadvantage when dealing with disruptive innovations. The entrant firm has an "attacker's advantage" because it can easily change strategies and cost structures. EMC is being dragged into a fight from below against a company that sells a lower margin product using off the shelf components. This book predicts that NTAP will win, in my opinion. I also would highly recommend the book to those of you who own this stock.
