Good news from that report is that K7 chipset is fully functional! Many people were suspicious of AMD ability to succeed without the Intel's chipset infrastructure. Look like AMD can design their own chipset. This means that AMD just opened another source of revenue, chipset, to piggy back on sales of CPU.
