Another interesting item from the report:

The 14 cents loss is distributed over 217,779,000 current shares.

If you take the current 30,701,000 loss and distribute it over the 184,440,000 shares from last year comparison,the loss would be 16.6 cents,or 17 cents,which would meet expectations, NOT beat by 3 cents.
