It appears that MSFT will continue to suffer price erosion rather that settle up to a point. IMHO that point will be when uncle Bill's fortune diminishes enough $BLNs that it even hurts him. They really are looking at some daunting lawsuits as well as punitive government actions. Plus Jackson was once reversed on appeal and he has made his ruling "ironclad" so as not to have this occur again. Will I short this stock? No. I will buy ORCL IBM SUNW RHAT. Shorting can be risky IMO since there are still large mutual funds and MMgr's who have MSFT as their top pick as well as die hard fans on this thread.
