Hi Doug,

No errors per se, but these were some of the reasons I had bought in a looong time ago. But due to the inept management of Cowcrap and his former sales/marketing manager, they have failed miserably. Rod has it right in alot of respects.

The only bright spot is that they have two new shrewd managers, and a depressed stock-price.
