Terr: It is hard to say, but it would tend to indicate that the number of auctions has been rising slowly, at best. Stewart has pointed out that with the addition of 10 days auctions into the mix, that the counts have been affected by as much as 10 percent (compared to if 10 day auctions had not been added at all).
